Rainbow over the church

Please note this was shot through a window and a little tilted. The colour is all natural. I do think it could be improved with some pp, but I'm not sure would to do with this one. As good as it gets?

You certinaly need to straighten the image first!

Then you may consider a few small adjustments in photoshop

If it were me I would eliminate the rooftop in the foreground.

Yeah, I'm aware of the tilt issue, but figured I would just leave it as is until I get some overal opinions. Crop off the bottom sound right, and perhaps some of the area on the left?

I agree with the posts above (tilt and crop). I would just play with it. I think some possibilities would be to create a Saturation adjustment layer and mask off the sky and play with it. Or create a layer of the church and surrounding town and perhaps see if you can adding some contrast or brightness does anything for it. Maybe sharpen too. I dunno? Or all of them or none. Just play with it. No hard and fast rules.
