Taken today on my way back from class. C&C welcomed and appreciated, as always. Continuing to shoot as much as possible; this was made to resemble Sam Javanrouh's (http://wvs.topleftpixel.com/) shots fairly closely in style, which I think are incredible. I thought "Storms From Heaven" was an appropriate title, though it was completely sunny out.
EXIF data: EOS 350D, f/8, ISO100, 1/400s, Av mode, 18mm.

Nobody? I feel like this might be my favorite shot I've taken so far (1 week or so :) )

I think its a great shot, the sky and greyer colors of the church give it that stormy feel. Ironic that it was a sunny day lol..

I would've like to see the entire building because the building itself is beautiful. You exposed it just right though. Good job.

Nice capture, gives a sense of how tall the building is. Burning in the shadows will bring out the detail in the stonework.

Very cool symmetry. I like the angle and your composition. I would revisit this scene when you've got some crazy clouds around.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot if any good clouds come floating by. It's a shame, I'm graduating in May but I finally just got my dSLR three weeks ago :(
