I took this today. I will playing around with the settings and came up with this. Which one is best or do you not like the shot at all?

I like the shot, the first one more than the second. It looks like they are on opposite sides of the spectrum.
I think it would look good in B&W with the levels adjusted to bring in some contrast & extra detail, lightening mid tones while helping to define darker areas. The composure is good. Nice shot :)
 BTW those cloud shots in your gallery are great.

Neither, really. The subject doesn't bother me, but I think the execution could be better. The Monochrome Grey one looks too flat for my taste. Try brightening up the whole image, and then increase contrast. That should whiten out the sky some, and help the subject stand out.
The Mono Sepia one just doesn't work for me as the subject is not old enough to be sepia. When I see a sepia shot, I want there to be at least the possibility that I am looking at a 100 year old photo. The transformer, insulators, and type of Hg Vapor light are all too contemporary to be believable in sepia.
Sorry :(
