not sure if your joking or not, but if not, its a battery cut-off switch. they are required for NHRA and IHRA drag racing for cars that go a certain speed (and possibly other organizations) in case of a wreck they can cut power to the whole car.

Ford has that Cobra on display at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach this weekend. Trying to get creative I also took this shot.
