Good composition, have you tried highlite recovery to see if you can get any detail back in the spray.

That peir, whilst being, I'd imagine one of the most useless if contructions when it comes to doing its job, is VERY photogenic. Just such a random shape. Been a few years since I went there, didn't have a long lens at the time, but see you've spotted something original, as I haven't seen these angles before.
