Nice image but it needs cropping as the subject is very central - it is also a little flat on my monitor and I feel it could have a little more punch to it if you increased the saturation a little. Catchlights in the eyes would aslo help.

I agree with what has already been said. My biggest problem is that the ducks are too small a portion of the overall photo and other than the ducks there is little of interest. Therefore a fair amount of cropping is needed. Of course now you start to see if photo is truely sharp.
Also may have helped to not have such a top view. Getting ducks at a lower angle would probably improve the shot.
