Hi all,
Well here we go first attempt with the Sigma 50-500 hand held, I think it worked out ok, arm is still recovering :-)

hi there nice sharp images ,good colours , but action shots should contain the ball ( this is what information i have been given from the pros on here ) ,keep trying and post more:)

Hi mate , keep trying , keep posting as normally in this sports section you will get the best advice around some of the guys here are real experts ,i have just got into sport photography & the help here i have been given is first class ,if you have time check out the post i placed last week (it the FA Vase one ) look at the response from the other guys :D

Thanks, I also prefer to get the ball in the action, just unlucky this time..
Try shooting single shoots, along with the occasional burst. With single shots, I feel I can better time the peak action and get the ball in frame.
