I like #3, my opinion on #2 is that there are too black shadows on bottom right. TRy with PS and something will became readable.

I like all three. The first with the rainbow, it looks like the rainbow is lighting the earth.
The second with the side lit trees is very nice as it is.
With the last photo, I don't like the over exposure, but the composition is nice. It could have been better if the clouds moved a bit more closer to you and we got to see a bit between the trees more.
Great lighting with the sun and clouds interplay.
Plus, any shot from British Columbia naturally has great scenery...

I like #2 best. My grandparents, in Seattle, have Poplar trees, and they are beautiful. I very much like the clouds and the light on the trees.
But...this would have been a perfect shot for blending.
Take a look at this page from luminous landscape and then start exposure-bracketing your shots. You will be amazed.
