Good timing in #2, and I like #7: Nice for a change, even with the focus on the hair instead of the eyes.

Yup, these all work for me! Great variety, too. Hey, is that guy in #1 really wearing his own T-shirt? I thought that was illegal. The light must have been damn good ... I would have considered dropping the ISO down another notch or two as it helps retain detail at the far ends of the histogram. [Did everyone notice that the 1DMIII has a feature to compress the high end to retain highlight detail? ... I have budgeted one for late summer or early Fall.]

Nice colors tho, and i agree lense flair, is great some times

I'm going with the crowd, 6 & 7 and the only nit to pick with 7 is not having the focus on the face. Very nice set.

I shot BLS back in November, and I feel slighted. Zack didn't flip me off, and he flips off everybody...

WOW, these are GREAT!

I saw them in Seattle shortly after Dime was shot, front row at a small venue, it was incredible.

Would you happen to have a large version of #2 I could use for a wallpaper? That is a KILLER shot! :)

Glad everyone likes 'em. I still can't figure out the whole 'wear your own bands shirt' thing. It's bad enough when half of the people in the crowd are wearing the bands shirts...

Wait, wait ... a distraction? A distraction from what ... it IS the picture. Without this light-halo it would just be a dark portrait but with the highlight counter-point of the crown it is a theological masterpiece. :rolleyes:

Wait a minute guys...#4 is clearly the best pic of the lot... It has some of the band's logo...is dramatic and the composition and framing is the best... why don't any of you see it my way?
