I have a couple from Fred Miranda. Does anyone else use 3rd party PlugIns / Filters / Actions that you would like to recommend. Among others, I am looking for something that simulates waterpaint, but is cheaper and easier than Painter.

But any good Plug In would be of interest.

I'll second that. I've seen amazing stuff from this plugin.
