I am just getting started with studio lighting and therefore need a kit at a reasonable price to mainly learn. I've found this kit at B&H http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=10329&A=details&Q=&sku=474578&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation

It's the Westcott Basics kit.

I would appreciate the help as if this is a total waste of my money, or just perfect for me to get started with.

If it's a total waste of money, can any of you point me in the right direction as to a decently priced kit I might look at buying?

start with one light and learn the basics b4 going any further, use a reflector and get that done with first. check out alienbees they are a good buy for the price and will last longer in my opinion.. lemme know if u have any ?s
