Hello,
I'm trying my hand at sports which seems to be a nice change from death and grim that I shoot all the time. I offer the usual prints but notice that baseball cards and stuff like that are often popular.
What does everyone use and is anyone better than the other?
Thanks in advance.

Depending on the age group you're going after, a graphic element matched with a team logo is usually a good start for a template. Some questions to check off before starting:
1. Action or posed?
2. Color, B/W or Duotone?
3. One image or multiple?
4. Typical trading card size or larger?
5. Multiple teams or just one?
I usually head off to a sports memorabilia store and look at previous designs as well as the new stuff coming out from Topps or Upper Deck to get ideas. There should be some cards and posters online that can spur some ideas as well. Post when you've got some finished.

I use proshooterdirect.com. Fast, reliable... just not on card stock. But other then that, really nice people to work with ... and very fast.
