What r your thoughts?

I'm thinking of using a ND filter for some aerial images. I'm shooting prop airplanes. trying to pan at 90 or 125th at abort 350 knots to create a good prop blur and have a nice sharp plane image also

ISO 100 in bright sunlight is 1/100 sec at f-16; 1/50 at f-22; 1/25 at f-32. What's your problem? Why a ND?
