Need ideas for location

I want to go out shooting this weekend, but I'm not sure where to go. I have noticed quite a few people from Colorado in this forum so I thought I would try to get suggestions. I have been going to Rocky Mountain National Park quite a bit lately, so I would like other options. I don't really care if it is landscape, flowers, city as long as it is an interesting place to shoot. Any suggestions?

tickets to a Rockies game is pretty cheap. or head to 16th street mall very interesting people down there especially during lunch time. Denver Zoo, Ocean journey.landscapes try Flat irons at sunshine is classic photo opt.

this might be too far for a weekend...but I would go to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. That is a great place for landscapes....
