I really like this shot. Well composed with the sillhouette leading your eye into the frame. Might have moved the frame slightly right to better balance the visual elements (i.e. bird and fisherman) for a uniform distribution, the offset frame is only slightly dissettling, however. Good job.
Great tone and color too.

I am seeing a very unnatural color/pattern/artifacting/noise somthing in the sand. Even at full frame it is there. Am I the only one who sees this? What ASA did you shoot at? That might be the cause. Have you tried NeetImage?
As far as the subject goes, I like it. I find myself distracted by that 3/4 bucket on the R side, though. The waves are astounding. Where/when was the shot made.

No Rad, I'm seeing about the same - its over-saturated with colour.
I'd be interested to know if the image has been post-processed?
I love the action of the waves too.
