I created an Action for applying a custom frame around my images posted on the web and works fine but notice every time its applied theres a sub set listed under the Action.
Is the normal or am I doing something wrong?

I suppose that you created a sub set while recording the action? Of so, then that is recorded as well...

The list grows very long each time its applied and stays listed under the Action even when Photoshop is closed out and restarted.

Click the arrow in front of the action to see all individual steps. If the sub set is created in the action, just delete that step...

Yeah thats the actual steps involving the Action. I just don't get the Set appearing after each time is applied. Your right they can be easily deleted but kinda annoying having to do that his time.
I'll try and redo the Action later and see what happens.

I just paid better attention to what you typed and that solved the issue at hand.
Thanks Rene
