Sort order???

Right now it seems it is impossible to order the exibitions alphabetically acording to exhibition names. You have to input numbers to change the order but if you're going to have more than 200 exibitions that's lots of work. So I basically would like to know if there is an easier way or if this is planned for future :?:

Because EE is multilingual, alphabetic automatic ordering could cause confusion when visitor changes languages.
But, I have on my todo list for all editors which deal with order to add commands which "format" order list by specific criteria. This way you can click one button and order the exhibitions e.g. by english language name.

That sounds perfect. For which version is this planned? Will special language characters as "Ä" "Ö" cause problems?
