I shot this late afternoon at Manly Cove, which is where I catch the ferry to Sydney. Looking at it again, I know I should have more of the lamp in on the right. Any other suggestions?

Yes - ideally I'd like to see the cove filled with water, the sky a deeper blue, and a nice couple sitting along the right side egde with their legs in the water and holding hands! ; ) It's actually really nice just the way it is, but I agree the lamp should either be more in the photo or cut off below the globe.

You could have climbed the pole (you DO carry spikes, right?) and lined up the globes as they curved to the left.
Oh Well. As it is, the lines of the globes have great potential, the lines of the walk follow the same theme, but the dirt lines just detract from the whole thing.
You have a good eye for lines. Go blow my socks off.

Thanks Chris. The dirt lines are caused by the guy on a tractor who rakes this harbour beach at the end of the day - possibly after a beer or two at the local pub!
