My second 1 hour couple on sunday came from the south, and wanted to have snow in their pictures. Problem was that most of the snow had already melted away by the time of their wedding. The area where they held the ceremony and reception was not the most good looking spots, so it was a bit of a fight for me to get something good - and with snow.
We went down to the very small beach by the river. To my left I had a major road (bridge) and to the right there was a lot of buildings, bushes and lots of debrie, nothing really looking good. The bride was a bit tired, so it was hard to get her to smile, but I did manage for a few shots.
There was this really old and worn "bath house" by the river, but they didnt want to use that in their images. But a quick snap when the bride adjust her boot.

The bride was a "blinker", but I didn't catch that until I got back home, as I had the sun in my eyes most of the time. The only way to see some white was to stand on the frozen over river and shoot into the sun. I'll be cloning out the orange lifeguard boat on the right.

A really bad attempt to take a ring shot, with the worn bath house in the background. But at least it's lots of snow and ice on that river!

Inspired by the previous couple I wanted something goofy. This was my only shot and only attempt, as I did get the feeling it wasn't what this couple wanted. But I'm happy that this one attempt did turn out pretty good.

As the area by the beach (it's not easy to call it a beach, as the area wasn't much larger than my back yard) was very limited, I tried to convince them that they could live without snow and took a few pictures in the one spot in the woods where there was no buildings in the background, no major roads, etc.
