I notice that C1 says that 100% output size for Canon Digital Rebel Raw files is 3076x2052.
In fact, the output of the Rebel is 3072x2048, and this is the size of full jpgs, and raw when using other programs.
Where did C1 get this output size from?
If you manually enter the size, the closest you can get is 3072x2049, or 3070x2048.
It's a small diff, but still strange.

Different RAW conversion programs produce photos of slightly different sizes. C1 makes them 3076 x 2052 (also C1 LE which I'm using with my 10D).
If you look at the specs of digital cameras, they often mention the "real" number of megapixels and the "effective" number of megapixels. For example, if you look at dpreview's page with 300D specs (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos300d/page2.asp) it says:
6.5 million total pixels (3152 x 2068)
6.3 million effective pixels (3072 x 2048)
A few pixels on the edge of the sensor are normally not used for some reason (I don't know why), but some RAW converters squeeze out just a few more useable pixels.

As Jesper has pointed out, C1 uses more of the pixels from the sensor for the 300D and also the 10D. On the D30 images, they come up 2 pixels short on the 1440 side!?
I've read some people complain that the extra pixels aren't the same quality of the rest, but I've never noticed any difference with my 10D. Most of the time I just use the extra pixels and don't worry.
If you are trying to adjust the output size with C1Pro, I would think that is actually resizing the entire 3076 x 2052 image. It's not cropping, so you are adding unnecessary processing. If you don't want the extral pixels you should crop them. When I tested with 10D images, I found that the extra pixels were - in landscape orientation - all the the top and right edges so cropping in C1 or Photoshop is quite simple.
