In Iowa it really means very little. I love snow, but I am just so ready for Spring time to be here. This photo was taken out of my back door several minutes ago. Yuck. April is always so unpredictable here.

The weather is odd around the globe this year! I hope we'll still have a nice summer! :)

Looks like my backyard too, Doc! And we are also sick of snow and itching for spring. Maybe next week?

I know, it is crazy. We had fall until about mid-January. Usually Fall is a fleeting moment in time here.

For me it basically means end of winter season and some well deserved break, when I can still ski, at least a bit, and go cycling instead of just shooting skiing. But this year, it just keeps on going, with more and more work every day. So somehow it looks like my break is not going to happen this year

I hope so. They just cancelled the college where I teach so I am home alone. Boring.
