I'm in the process of developing a web application to help photographers sell their images online.
I could use some feedback on the functionality of the app.(currently in alpha development)

This doesn't look anywhere near ready for beta. You have the very beginnings of a website, but there really is no functionality there. None of the links really do anything. There are six or eight photos up there, but none of them say who the photographer is or the price of the photo or useage license. I don't see any provisions for registering and uploading photos, nor do I see separate galleries arranged by category or by photographer, they are all just sort of lumped together. Does that mean a prospective buyer would have to weed through hundreds or thousands of photos to find what he's looking for? How are you going to keep up with who owns what photo?
How is this going to work? For instance, if I upload say 500 images, how will I know when one of your customers buys one of my images? What if I don't sell my images outright, but only license useage? It looks like your intent is to have all payment come through you. What percentage do you keep? What assurance do I have that I'll get paid for all images (or licenses) purchased?

The application is being designed for event photographers( ie wedding, etc..)
Each gallery to contain a specific event. If you take a closer look you will find features like client guestbook , invite a friend, and chat. The forum feature is the only button inactive at the moment. There is also a shopping cart system fully functional. (hint: click the little cart.)
Thank you for your comments.
