Please Help with an ID of this Raptor

This is a very heavy crop of one of the first times that I actually caught a bird in flight.. you know, more that just a tail or a blurrrrrr :D.

Can I get an ID please. Taken in Southern CA at the beach. Bolsa Chica Wetlands.

Nice shots of the hawk, Joayne. A little dark on my screen but not too bad.
I think it's a young Red-tailed Hawk but i will let other people confirm it. :D

Thanks Fee...yeah, they are dark, I didn't spend much time on PP as they aren't that focused.. Maybe I should spend some time with them :rolleyes: before I post. I am more interested in knowing what this guy might be.. Thanks for the help it is appreciated.
