I know that this is not strictly wedding topic but who else if not wedding photographers know better about batteries :)

i was wondering if any of you had any experience with these:

only 800mah but there are so many other benefits ..very light, no memory effecf, you buy them charged already and an issue which is important for me these are much more "environmentally friendly" ...anyways what do You think can 12 of these (flash +canon power pack) handle very short recycle times ?? with my old energizers (2500mah) when fully charged i have practically no recycle time at all ..i mean it is much shorter than i would ever care ....

Sounds interesting! The link at the bottom of the page shows 2000mAH. Where did you get 800?

I really like this idea because I spend what seems like an eternity charging batteries. I charge before a shoot, and right after, as storing batteries that are depleted are bad, or so I've been told. With these, it would reduce my recharging sessions by half!!

As long as it performs as well as my others, I'm in.

I have an army of Sanyo Enloop rechargable batteries 2000 mAH. They've never failed me, and proven to be very good workhorse batteries. I wouldn't really bother with the 800 ones. The 2000 one is only around 10$ per pack of 4.
