Where in Surrey was the event because I saw staggeringly well turned out street rods in Send earlier this week but they were gathered at a Catholic Church carpark ~ made me think it was a wedding party?

im not sure, i drove down from sheffield and stayed with friends in east london, then i followed them there, so i just looked at the back end of her bug:D , i rember getting off the M25 and going down the M3 though:)

I did a Google, lazy of me not have done that to start with ;) It would appear that you all met at the Rushmoor Arena in Aldershot. I really must try to keep up to date with local events :D and try to get along to any that look interesting! Hope you had a safe and uneventfull journey back up North.

it got busy, the show cars were parked on the roads coming in, and the police closed the surrounding roads, journey was ok, long and slow, but it always is in the bug, germanys going to be fun:D , but shes giving me 49mpg, just getting overtaken up hill by lorrys :lol:

:D ha ha yeah, some get it, most dont, underneath its a fully restored car

im hopeless with computers, no idea how to do a gallery, i did 600 miles on £50, we pay just under £5 a gallon so about $8.50 a gallon, i know they are moaning at $3 a gallon in hawaii, they are having a giggle:)
