I just ordered the Lightroom book through the NAPP store and havent got an email confirmation of my order and it has been over 5 hours. What do I do? Is this normal?

Which book did you order? If it was the Kelby book I don't think it is available yet. No one has it in stock...at least around here. I have the Martin Evening book.

Kelby book is out and shipping. I also have an issue with NAPP. I just signed up today but haven't received a password or login ID yet. How long does it take? I signed up this morning.

Not a single store in the Denver area has it in yet. Is it only available on-line now?
EDIT: Amazon still says not yet released. So does Overstock. B&N and Borders do not have it either.

Interesting. I wonder why none of the retail locations have it and only select on-line retailers have it. Thanks for the info. :)

I also have an issue with NAPP. I just signed up today but haven't received a password or login ID yet. How long does it take? I signed up this morning.
Anytime I bought anything that was directly from the NAPP site I never had any problems. I'd check you credit card online and see if the charges have gone through yet.
I did check their site and unfortuneately their office hours are only Monday-Friday 0830-1900. If your problems persist into Monday I would give them a call. I went into their customer service area of their site and I would try them at (800) 738-8513.

I (and I assume hundreds of other NAPP subscribers) recently and inadvertently received an early renewal notice email, along with a second email that said sorry, our mistake. Since my NAPP membership doesn't expire until February of 2008 the first email was kind of a surprise.
In any case **** happens, but as NAPP fixes this they may be getting a bit behind in other things.

I've ordered several items from NAPP and I seem to recall that I didn't get confirmation notices. You can always call them if you're worried, but they delivered my orders without issues.

nothing has gone through yet. Not really all that impressed. Running a CC and giving someone online access is something fairly common in todays world.

Just to be on the safe side have you checked your spam mail box. I've been bit by this a couple of times where I was mad as hell at someone and let them know it only to find the email had been caught by my filtering system.

As I said to you on the other NAPP thread, the acknowledgement page states that it takes about 1 business day. I signed up at the same time and won't start worrying until Tuesday. :D

I signed up as a NAPP member today, it says to wait 1 buisness day for anything to happen.
I assume nothings getting processed today.
