Epson Print Academy April 24, 2004

I am going to the Epson Print Academy in NYC on Saturday. Has anyone been to one before? What was it like? Is anyone else going? If anyone is going and you want to meet up, PM or e mail me.

Hi Scott,
I attended the Epson Print Academy recently in Chicago. I enjoyed the seminar but am learning more from the Epson Online Experience than the seminar. However, I'm pretty new to photography so it was great for me to see the end result the experts were achieving.
By the way, when Vincent tells you he answers all his emails, feel free to laugh out loud. I emailed him a two sentence question that could be answered with a two word reply and haven't heard back yet. Oh well, I discovered the answer by searching through this forum anyway. Have fun!

You're welcome. By the way, I owe you a belated thanks for your "PSE2 to PS CS for $299" post. I purchased it immediately as I was paranoid they would close the loophole for non Microtek customers. CS has made my digital workflow much more efficient. Thanks.
Was there any mention about a replacement for the 2200 at the seminar? I'm torn between the current choices of the 2200 and the R800. I'm hoping Epson comes out with a replacement for the 2200 that has the new features of the R800.
