I am doing product shots for products i'm selling. I uses a canon eos 300d. I have 2 flash lights both using soft boxes. I have a light sensor too! A most have.
The images I get are not the best, there overexposed, drained of colour etc. Where can I find tutorials, tips and lessons on how to "master" flash photography?
Any tips and hints would be great!

I suspect that your problem is not flash photography, so much as it's a lack of understanding the properties of light in general.
Check out the topic "An Aspiring Photographer!" near yours. I just posted some links that should help, especially the links titled "Excellent Camera lessons".

Frank is right. It sounds to me like there is a basic lack of understanding of the priciples of light and photography.
You say you have 2 "flash lights" with soft boxes, and a light sensor. I assume you mean either 2 flash units ( master and slave) or 2 studio strobes. Which one it is makes a world of difference in how you use them. I also assume that by "light sensor" you mean a hand-held light meter. If you are trying to use a light meter to calculate flash, then you have to have a flash meter or a hand-held meter that can read direct flash. Then you have to know how to use it.
Product photography is a little different from other kinds of photography. In once sense, photography is photography...in another sense the subject will change the techniques you use radically. With product photography I find that it is constant experimentation. You use the same basic techniques AND your knowledge of photography and the charactaristics of light and you invent something that will work for the subject of the day. But that experimentation is to find a "look" that showcases the product. If you don't know what to do when the image is overexposed, that's a lot more basic.
Go look at the links that Frank posted. If you read those and make sure you understand them, it should give you a good starting point.
