I use Jalbum and have done so for some time.
Since I am not the most technically minded I did have a few problems at first. Have a look here.
Edit: All the pics were taken with the Pro1 - before I got the 400D.

I use it since I'm not much of an HTML guru and it's free and simple.

I use it sometimes on some of my albums. I like the new version better.

It is good for a simple gallery, that's for sure. I've used it several times.

I've used it on my site for the self hosted files

Banana album is great and is semi-free

I've now switched to Chameleon as the images acn be linked to directly

The software also adds watermark as well

Chameleon may be what I've been needing. Where can I get it?

nice! i like your site. chameleon looks nice. i liked banana because you can't right click and save the image, but it seems like chameleon does the same. when you say the images can be linked directly, can't banana do that as well? as long as you know where the images are stored then you can just link from there, correct?

My first ever post here, so hello all. Have only just converted to digital after 20 years of film and got my first website up a month ago. I also use Jalbums and it very easy to use. I bought EOS template as a skin to sell on line but it was so difficult to use, I scrapped it waste of $99. I now use ultimate from www.onefshop.com (http://www.onefshop.com) which is free and easy to use.

I also really like the diversity that Jalbums and the skins offer. Even has its own FTP built in. Very good and helpful forum.

Good luck

Dan

I use Jalbum.

I like it, and I am thinking of buying the EOS template for it, to sell photos.

Well it seems that since I use the free Microsoft Live web hosting, I have to use their templates. So I cannot create in publisher/jalbum and upload.
I knew there was a catch someonewhere.

I used it just for my gallery & linked that to my home page. It's a great app.
