Hi all

sorry about my bad english

can I use a canon A70 such a external hard drive ?

I want to write a file to CF memory.

I can download and delete the photos by explorer.
I can download and del. and upload the photos by canon zoom browser.

but I can't upload the file ( like *.exe or .....) to my camera.

U can do what your after if you by a card reader writer. Can't do it with the USB cable and the camera.

You can't do it using the supplied Canon software or the downloaded drivers. They are read only. However if you have photo editing software that recognizes the camera through the TWAIN driver, you can. The camera will not have a disk letter assigned but will be available as an icon. You can upload or download material to and from the camera. I don't know why you'd want to do this but you can.
