these little fellows seem to have insatiable appetites... i watched this one catch and eat 3 fish in the span of 15 minutes... 30D, Sigma at 400mm, 1/400 @ f6.3

Beautiful shots and detail. They probably eat so much just to keep warm in that ice cold water. :)

Nice shot Rocky. I'm always amazed at how good these little grebes show up in photos.

WOW! This is so sharp I can see the fish is a stickleback - I think. This is one for the study - well done.

Great shots! The lilypads add a nice touch of habitat...
