I did take the time to use the search button but really didnt find what I was looking for.

I'm looking for model release forms, minor release forms, invoices sheets. Anything that will help my business in any way.

And I saw this website one time, I forgot what it was called though, but it was a photographer company website, and it listed what he expects from the model, and what the model should expect for him, what to prepare for etc..

If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks

There are plenty of links where you can buy these for as little as 15.00. If you are running a business this just becomes a cost item.
