Finally got around to setting up a Pbase account and uploaded some flower pictures.

I am still getting used to the G2. It is a bit more complex than my old Pentax Spotmatic.

Nice shots and looks like a nice trip. I have not been to Washington for a few years.

I like the idea of framing a background subject with a foreground subject. Your Cherry trees do that beautifully.

We could learn a lot from posts like this -- and be sure to check out how Shelia's tree+ park bench frame the Sydney, Aus bridge.
