I would like to know if someone knows a digital camera that works with remote control for at least shooting the photo. I want to attach the camera on my hang gliding wingtip for taking inflight photographs as I usually do with a small still camera. It can be a cheap camera, not to have, like point and shoot. Thanks from Brazil.

Well, my G5 came with a wireless remote that you can use from a distance of up to 5 meters from the front sensor, or 3 meters from the side sensor, according to the manual. It works pretty well and allows you to zoom. There is a note in the manual that says the operable range can shorten under strong light, but it may still be enough for your needs. The G5 costs about 500 or so US I think, so its not as expensive as an SLR. I am not sure if there are cheaper options for you, but I think its a pretty handy camera.
