Reloading photos to CF card and S50 camera

I am unable to reload photos I have edited into a slide show onto the compact flash card for showing on my TV. My computer shows that they have been loaded onto the card but the S50 camera won't acknowledge them. I have tried all of the CF cards and the problem is the same with all. What am I doing wrong?

The camera will no accept photos that have been edited or reincoded in any way...
