AutoX - My First Post Here!

Hello everyone. I'm brand new to the forum! I though I'd introduce myself to the motorsport subforum cause I'll be posting a lot in here. Please give me comments and feedback on any of my work cause all of photography is learning and don't hesitate to ask me any questions.

These photos were at a recient AutoX. They were shot with a Canon 30d with a EF 75-300 f4.0-5.6 II. This was acutally first real practice shooting panning shots.

You did very good at the pan shots, how many bad ones did you end up with? I like all except # 5, something about the crop. The last one is pretty cool, really gives a good perspective of the "sea of cones" haha.

I ended up with maybe 200 bad ones, 20 keepers and these that were post worthy

very nice! #3 is great! if only the bg wasn't so distracting. :( i also like the final shot. way to go! that's a pretty keeper rate for your first attempt.
