I really like the last one; great timing.

Maybe it's just me, but I think they all seem a little oof/soft.

Yup, I think so, too. May be motion blur but here is no EXIF.

I think they are a little soft except perhaps the second one, which I can blow up rather large without losing quality. The last one isn't too bad and is sharp around the nose but loses clarity elsewhere.

The 4th one is motion blur, mainly, but I still liked it.

In some places it's hard to tell what's blur and what's fog. LOL

Knowing what Mute Math's stage set-up usually looks like and how much moving around they do, I'd say you did well. Nice shots of a really cool and interesting band.

I think I like the first one best, but would crop it closer (bottom and left off)...
Timing on #3 is nice, but framing isn't too good.
Some images seem soft.

Nice shots!!!!
I was at that show! They were jumping around sooooo much, those are great captures!
From you smug page, looks like we have been at a lot of the same shows.

I don't remove any EXIF data, and the pics are linked from smugmug, so I know the data is on there if you want to check. It's either motion blur (some cases, not sure about all) but I am having some problems getting sharp pics in some cases of late. I even had my eyes checked. I'm sorting through it. The one of Roy with the hair flying is definitely motion blur, but I liked it anyway. LOL

I don't see EXIF either. Could you provide a link to the gallery?

Beautiful shots. Look at no. 2, look how the guy and mike pop out from the background. Superb.

I have never photogged them, but from what I hear, they are great to shoot. Some of my favorite rock shots are of them, see below:

I need a zoom. LOL I"m shooting with fixed lenses. I noticed two of those aren't crystal clear, either. They don't sit terribly still. I do love the lighting on that first shot. They put water on the drums last tour, but I was in a really very poorly lit small club at the very front and I had to cover my camera or it would have gotten wet. LOL I just bought a 28mm fast lens. I am going to try and save up for a fast wide angle zoom someday. I always had the wrong lens on when Paul would get crazy. They have all three of those shots in their myspace pics. I wasn't all that happy with mine, except for a few, but they weren't really action shots.

My pics are on http://woman4life.smugmug.com. Sometimes I put up the good, the bad and the ugly.. just a warning. Also, some of the pics are point and shoots and are more memories than good photos (in case you look at other concert photos while there.)

I came across this site on Google. I did that shot above with my 20D and EF 50 /1.8 II. Here's another shot from that show.
