Yea, I know, I missed a small bit of the guitar head. :( But I still love his pic.

4 and 5 are nice, nice set overall, please number your posts, it makes it a lil easier :)

The first two are a little soft in the face for me.
I know it's motion blur, but i tend to allow blur in the body, but not in the face (with exceptions of course) when i cull my shoots, but maybe it is just preference.
Interesting angle on the third.
Well done.

I like the audience shot.
Apart from #4 (if I counted right ;)) they seem soft, and framing needs a bit of work.
Nice timing on the last few though.

The first two shots are soft on part of the face, the ear is sharpest on both, and it's pretty clear in that area when enlarged. I know, I enlarge them pretty big to check clarity, but I think it is a depth of field issue on those, but shutter speeds were not high if I recall. #3 is quite sharp and the last pic (of Jon Schneck) is pretty sharp when I blew it up. # 4 is also pretty sharp around the nose, but the lower part of the face is less sharp. That is also depth of field, I believe, but they were not being stationary. I've also been having some problems with focus I'm trying to sort through.

I just hope you don't stop shooting while your sorting it out! Perhaps you should try some "test shots" of stationary contrasty things in the same lighting while shooting the performers to see if there is a difference.

Messed with it a bit. Too much processing but gives an idea where I would head if I were to process it.

I really like the crowd shot...so 4, 5, and 6, are my favs...
I'd say there is too much mouth/lips in 1 and 2...but that's just my opinion, you know...you might feel different about it... that, off course is OK too...

LOL... yea, I love Jon's guitar faces. ;) 2 isn't sharp enough, but I like 1. I loved catching him biting his tongue. He did it several times.
