Usual Brands Hatch action on Sunday (22nd) for the BARC Club Car Championship.

Usual kit involved, 350D, 70-200F4L and 100-300F4 with the usual 1.4xTC (also played with a 2x TC, but lost AF)

Nice sunny day, so we started at Druids for some hardcore panning action (f'nar!)

Experimented with a 2x TC, lost AF and IQ is way down.

F8 (wide open) and ISO400 would only give me 1/250th for this shot at 600mm.

Aye, don't get me wrong, I love taking the pics.. it's just when you get home and you have to work thru 900+ shots, pick the decent ones, then process them, etc etc.

Going to try your method tonight on the Llandow pics and see if I can get some of those up..

The edge can be taken off the day when you get home and you've got loads of images to get through, especially if you're knackered.
