Sharpening Question

I have the XTi and did a shoot last night in my make shift studio. Some of the pictures need to be cropped and photoshopped to remove the lens glare. Since I shot in RAW and am using Cannon DPP program. Is it possible to crop and sharpen in DPP then batch process the images then load the ones I will use in Photoshop to remove the lens glare? If I did that would the pictures still turn out ok? Could I still resharpen again in photoshop without it looking bad?

Basically I want to crop and sharpen in DPP then edit and tweak in Photoshop for printing. I do not want to bring every image in photoshop to sharpen as my computer is somewhat slow. Any recomendations?

You should save the sharpening for last unless you are doing capture or creative sharpening in which case there is exact time to do this. I recommend using PS for your sharpening as you have more control.
