I was having a problem where index.php and the full_15rc4.php were simply giving me blank screens. I installed phpMyAdmin thinking this was a database problem, but this gave me an error that I was missing php-mysql. Stupid of me not to have it, but I thought that I did have it.
It would be nice to print out an error message stating this, or even that it can't connect to the database.
Edit: Yep, once I cleaned up all the RPMs and installed MySQL and PHP again (and correctly) now everything works fine. Frustrating - especially since it's my own fault and RedHat handles dependencies poorly - but Woo-Hoo!
