Does anyone (UK) know the best or cheapest!! place to get a teleconvertor for the S3??

Sorry I can't help you with the best place to buy within the UK, but I honestly don't believe I would trust the quality on the lens you're looking at on ebay. Some of the bargin lenses are just trash. Some of the best deals come from dealers like lensmate.com, or B&H. I believe there's also a Sony, Nikon and other good teleconverters for the S3.
