^^^ Nice work Vicanon. It's been done before, but your editing is really great and keeps it within that quality level for that genre.
I'd really like to see the original (the bird part), solo.

Donna, to help you get raid of all that white in the hair, try using the Color Range toll under Select. Then just click on the white and it will select all the white on that layer, then hit delete.
Beside the white, you did a good job. Keep them coming.

Hey Matt!
Nice one, but first off the bat, where are the shadows under the body-parts?
That would help straight away!

This is a very good idea, but another thing that would help is to think about perspective as well. If you can imagine cutting a carrot into slices, you won't necessarily see both sides of each slice depending on where you are standing. If I were to personally try this idea, I would take some raw beef and pound it on my cutting board to really get some bloody saturation going on...and you can't fake that kind of realistic beast juice a raw steak puts out. That would really set the scene for a shot like this. Still, very creative though. Nice idea.

Thanks everyone for the tips and what not. My shadows are very shallow and pathetic. Like I said I'm not good at photoshop at all and my ideas are never fully executed because my lack of knowledge would make my 365 pictures an 8 hour job. :/ I'm trying though. Thanks everyone!

I think that photo is worth being repeated! What a brilliant edit, which matches the, err, "happy" pose your mate is doing....oh, and the "Hello Kitty" is a perfect addition.
EDIT:
Oh wow! I just spotted his shoes! They match the new colours of the bike!!!!!
EXCELLENT!

Hi Dozer, thank you !!! you have some amazing stuff, I've been checking your work and it'a amazing !!!
I'm in Downtown Miami, but trying to move to Miami Springs or Doral, closest to my work, besides... I'm tired of the Condo Style living, trying to rent a house.
That church is here:

It's a beautiful place, lots of nature and great to take pictures.
Cheers !

My effort. Had to re-teach myself (with help from the net) how to OOB. I need to add shadow to the frame, make the frame more interesting, maybe change the background.
My main concearn is the outline on parts of the cut out. Birds right wing mainly. Any suggestions?
Was also thinking about putting a moon shot as the background but the black would bring out my outline too much.
Anyway, here it is :D

I felt that the original picture was a reject even though I loved the sun I felt it was to far up in the frame. I had a little play in photoshop elements....Not sure I made it into a "keeper" but I like it better!

Mistaking for a full scale is understandable, sand is blocking the 'passenger compartment'. It's a Baja 5B RC car, 35" long and weighs over 20lbs. June 19th there was a huge gathering, I'm still processing the photos, but here's the gallery from last year (http://www.envisioncreativeimaging.com/Events/RC-Model-Cars/SL-09/8706568_rbmiH). Just decided to take it a step further this time.
my video from last year, just for fun... Just about got hit in the head this year, really need to be aware of your surroundings at all times.

Rudy; nice poster and great masking work. What program do you use to mask out the players. I've never been satisfied with any of available programs and always fall back to the standard photoshop tools.
