Before the season finale youth symphony concert tonight, my boys went on an impromtu performance of Bach Double Concerto for Two (in this case, Three) Violins at the waiting room.... Their joy in music making is self-evident.... :D

Nice, wish I had the talent for music.

Nice, wish I had the talent for music.
I also wish the same.... When I was at my boys' age, I was naturally inclined to instrumental music, but I had to discontinue practicing as soon as I started due to my mother's migrain headache.... While I had to sacrifice my love for instrumental music, my boys don't. Fortunately, like their Dad, they have an innate joy for music....

I was more inclined to moving to the music. I've tried strings to brass to keys... nothing. Thanks for sharing!

You know... music is very much like photography in one respect: we're not involved in it because we're good at it; we're involved in it simply because we LOVE the process! :D
P.S. - Hey, I sound VERY profound tonight, LOL! I'd better get some sleep before it gets any worse.

Nice snap. I like the expressions and the motion blur in the bows.

Absolutely great capture!
I used to play guitar, and envy the violinists... never could get the hang of those string stick things :D
