I used a monopod for the first time, should have got one a long time ago.

Cracking shots you've got there...:)

I was there on the Sunday weren't the sidecars brilliant, the 600's and 1000's had good races too.

I've still not picked through my pictures hopefully they'll turn out as good as yours it was my first time out with my new 30D so I'am holding my breath for some good shots.

You mentioned about the monopod in what way does it help.

I felt the monopod made it much easier to pan smoothly. I defiantly got more keepers using it.
