I have been using Canon Raw Converter 2 or PS CS ACR to convert RAW D60 images.

I just received my 1DMKII yesterday and I am trying to become familiar with it. I have inserted a new Lexar 40 CF card which is formated. I am shooting RAW +S (small jpg). After inserting CF card in reader, coping from DCIM file to a folder in my docs. (which I have always done with the D60) and opening with the Canon Raw Converter 2, no files are in the file. However, if I open the same file with PS CS the RAW CR2 files and jpgs are apparent.

I have loaded the Solutions disc and the Digital Photo Professional Disc completely but have not connected to camera to the computer. My sales person said that if I plan to use a card reader, connecting the camera to the computer is not necessary.

Is there a new RAW converter? Why do the RAW files show up in PS CS file browser but not in Canon Raw Converter 2? I have switched the camera in Canon RAW 2 to 1D which is the only selection available.

Also, when opening the drive for my CF card on my computer there are 3 files, DCIM, Mac, and PC. Clicking on PC reveals a Lexar setup icon. I have used Lexar 32 with my D60 and never saw this icon before.

There is a new update for Adobe Camera Raw Plugin v2.2 for PS CS, which works with the 1D Mark II. You can also use the new DPP and EVU supplied with the camera.

Thank you Scott. I had downloaded the new Adobe Camera Raw Pugin V2.2 for PS CS and that did work. And I just discovered the Converter in DPP. Thanks for your help.
