Canon FVU issues...

This is for someone I was referred to me and I have a few ideas and was just seeing if anyone else had some more ideas...this person has a Canon EOS D60, cut and paste from the e-mail I received...

"I'm having trouble with RAW images.. I can't get my canon image browser software to open them Any ideas?"

I have suggested clean install to start.

I think Image Browser is for Mac.

Othersies could be he updated the wrong version. The newer versions are more camera specific, Pro 1 and the newer EOS models more so.
