The first two don't really do it for me but the third shot is fantastic! Only thing that bugs me is the image is slightly tilted to the left.

Love that 3rd shot, fantastic color work. I see you're in Orlando...was this at a BMW meet? I just bought one and flew up to Boston to get it. I've been driving home for 2 days now, should be back in FL on Tuesday. I'm taking a back roads trip home and taking a ton of pics along the way, it's been a blast!

I need to find a parking lot/building to do some shots when I get home as I haven't taken any of the car itself yet. It's been freaking pouring the rain since I left Boston 2 days ago! Supposed to clear up a bit today I think so hopefully I can get some decent stuff the rest of the way....looking forward to going through Deal's Gap!

For me the light "growing" out of the E46 spoils what would be a lovely pic.

Number 3 is definately the best. I'd fix the tilt an possibly clone out the other lights in the background.


ErikM - it's an E46 M3. The E46 name is given to that particular shape of 3 series. The earlier 3 series was the E36, and the E30 was before that.

Ahh I see.... its never referred to as an E46 around here... just an M3 :D

Nice shots, I love the last one!

All BMWs are classified by generations with the ecode, makes life easier to know what the body style and such is considering there are many of each model (ex. Lots of 330, 525, M3, etc.). Check out this for a run down of a bunch of them:

O ya, and the new models are going to be Fcodes now :)

Hmm.... I like the light above it. I also like the lights in the background. Perhaps if it was off to the side, like slight behind the car? is that what would make the photo better?
