Good shot, I'm a Lightning fanatic (had a Red 2001, currently a White 2004)

Looks like that is a 2001 or 2002 judging by the wheels if those are the originals. If you have a full res shot maybe you can see if there is a 5-button key pad under the drivers door handle. If so it's most likely a 2002. They stopped offering the SVT Lightning after the 2004 model year.
