It is an actual GM built vehicle. I belive it was a concept.

is this from a museum?

It was in the GM Heritage Center. They rotate cars in and out, there are about 900-1000 total cars but at any one time they have about 120-130 in the center. I'd love to go again and see more stuff, but it's not open to the public.

There were some other really cool cars there, like the ZR-12 Corvette, and a 1903 Olds Racecar. Lots of old concepts too. I'll throw some more up later.
